- All Just Better products can be returned within 7 days of purchase along with a snapshot your order ID and e-receipt.
- Return requests with proofs that exceed this period will be rejected.
- Customers shall return the products at his/her own costs. Products returned shall be refunded at the price which the customer had paid at the point of purchase.
- The products must be returned in good condition with no noticeable wear and tear.
- Products purchased as part of a set or a bundle must be returned as a whole set, including free items. E.g.: canvas bag, gift boxes.
