Refund policy
If you received a defective Product, you may return the Product to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Please contact us at hello@justbettercompany.com along with a snapshot your order ID and customer support shall attend to this as soon as possible.
The Product shall be unused, Product tags shall not be tampered with, and the Product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable).
All Sales are Final. No Returns and Refunds are allowed for change of mind, size, color, or quantity.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
All defective items must be received by Conscious Makers Sdn. Bhd. in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you..
Your returned Products are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within five (5) working days after drop off. Our Quality Check team will take up to five (5) working days to process your return. A refund shall be issued shortly after we receive your items.
